Singapore, 12 September 2013 – Taking time off his busy schedule, Lee Jung Shin, the bassist of CN BLUE visited Singapore to share some audition tips and root for the contestants who are participating in the upcoming audition ‘Scoot: K-Pop Star Hunt 3‘.
As the first country to kick off the public audition this year, Singapore will witness the competition this Sunday, 15 September at Bugis+ Atrium, where participants will compete and vie for the top 2 spots to join 12 other hopefuls from Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines and Indonesia to receive further training in Seoul. The top 4 finalists will then head to Singapore for a special Final Showcase Concert, where one will be crowned as the ultimate winner of Scoot: K-Pop Star Hunt 3.
Having trained for 3 years under FNC Entertainment before making his stage debut with CN BLUE, Lee Jung Shin confessed that his days as a trainee were difficult, but determination and a positive mindset was the key factor that kept him going through. With K-Pop being so well-received all over the world, the bassist feels that communication with fans through music is one of the main reasons that popularizes K-Pop. On tips to stand out as a K-Pop star, Jung Shin gave his words of encouragement, “Be true and passionate to the music you are making and maintain a positive attitude.”
