I’m pretty sure if you’re a K-drama fan, you’ve seen the long lasting hit this year – “My Love from the Stars” starring Kim Soo Hyun and Jun Ji-hyun. It was a worldwide hit making both Kim Soo Hyun and Jun Ji-hyun even more popular.
The fact that travelers are still visiting the shooting locations just to get the real vibe of the drama shows that the popularity is still on-going.
Here are some of the major shooting locations from the drama:
1) Petite France
Located in Gapyeong, it’s a French themed village where Do Min Joon flew to Cheong Song Yi and kissed her. Petite France is a popular spot for filming to take place, as you may recall that Secret Garden and Running Man (Ep. 40 & 204) were filmed here too!

2) Cartoon Café full of Flower Scent
Located in Sinchon, Seoul, it’s the cartoon café where Cheon Song Yi visited often to rest and talk to her friend. Do Min Joon was also seen filming in this café on one episode as he returned the books on behalf of Cheon Song Yi. You’ll notice a big poster of “My Love from the Stars” upon the entrance as well as several autographs left by the actors and actresses on the wall.

3) N Seoul Tower
On top of Namsan Mountain in Seoul, it’s where Do Min Joon and Cheon Song Yi dated together. If you want to enjoy a great panoramic view of Seoul, N Seoul Tower is the right destination. Located on top of Namsan Mountain (262m), it provides a 360 degree view of Seoul.

4. Haenam Raw Fish & Grilled Clam
This is a seafood restaurant located right in front of Eurwangni Beach and it has been a popular spot as this was exactly where Do Min Joon and Cheon Song Yi ate together. The table where the couple sat together is on the 2nd floor.

For fans of “My Love from the Stars”, here is the full list of the shooting locations. It was also a cold winter when the drama started last year and I’m pretty sure it will bring up all the memories again with the arrival of another winter season.
