South Korean variety show ‘Running Man‘ has filmed several times in Jeju Island, Korea’s largest island, where the spot is dubbed as one of the most popular vacation destinations in Korea. 1) Eco Land (에코랜드)
Featured in Running Man Episode 57: Starring guests Cha Tae-hyun and Shin Se-kyung
Eco Land is a beautiful natural theme park where you can explore around taking Eco Land’s train that looks like the 1800s’ steam powered train. If you’ve watched Episode 57, this was where the members completed their mission of walking barefoot and collecting dirt with their feet.

2) Seopjikoji (섭지코지)
Featured in Running Man Episode 58: Starring guests Cha Tae-hyun and Shin Se-kyung
Seopjikoji is a green field and sea shore located in the eastern part of Jeju. You may find the most brilliant rapeseed flower fields here every Spring. Seopjikoji has been a well known filming location for several Korean dramas such as All in (SBS, 2003) and My Girl (SBS, 2006), as well as Korean variety show Running Man (SBS).

3) Aewol Gwakji Gwamul Beach (애월곽지과물해변)
Featured in Running Man Episode 88 “Two Music Fairies”: Starring guests BoA and Jung Jae-hyung
This is one of the favorite beaches listed by the Jeju residents. Peaceful, gentle and quiet – it represents what Jeju is about. Besides the crystal blue sea and white soft sand, there’s also a spring water bathhouse where you can wash up after a plentiful time at the beach. This location was where Running Man filmed its opening with BoA and Jung Jae-hyung.

5) Maze Land (메이즈랜드)

Remember how Kwang Soo managed to find the mission flag while jumping like a giraffe around the maze? This is Jeju Island’s largest maze park – Maze Land. The theme park boasts the world’s longest stone maze, measuring roughly 5.3km in total length. There are three major maze themes here: Stones, Wind, and Women which are the symbols that represent Jeju.
