[COVER] Block B, K-Tigers and more perform at KTO MICE & Culture Festival in Singapore

The Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO) Singapore held a one-day Korea MICE & Culture Festival at the Fairmont Ballroom & Foyer on 8th May (Friday) where visitors got to discover places of attraction in Korea provinces such as Gyeonggi-do and Jeju-do, as well as participate in various fringe activities like soap-making, Korean cookie tasting, hand massage demonstrations and so on.

In conjunction with the festival, a grand finale show was put up in the evening, highlighting performances from Korean and K-Pop acts like Block B, K-Tigers, SOREA and Drum Cat.

Drum Cat, an all-female percussion group, opened the show with upbeat drum performances that were a treat for both the eyes and ears, as they beat their way into the hearts of audience.

Following which, K-Pop band SOREA showcased their talents in playing traditional Korean musical instruments as they sang and performed Korean ethnic music infused with pop and jazz elements.

Unleashing their Taekwondo prowess, K-Tigers was next to take the stage with their incredible stunts and flexible movements. Trained in martial arts, members of K-Tigers displayed their skills in Taekwondo infused dance covers such as EXO’s ‘Overdose‘, HyunA’s ‘Change‘, 2PM’s ‘Hands Up‘ (and more), not to mention the jaw-dropping performances of their impressive flips in the air.

K-Tigers‘ Taekwondo dance version of ‘Overdose‘ has over one and a half million views on their YouTube video and we’re lucky to have caught a preview of it as they spiced their movements up in this addictive track.

The finale of the show went to K-Pop boy band Block-B, who performed a total of four hit tracks including ‘Her‘, ‘Unordinary Girl‘, ‘Very Good‘ and ‘Nice Day‘, sending fans into a renewed frenzy.
