[COVER] Jay Park heats up the stage at SHINE Festival

SHINE Festival is an annual celebration of the Youth Month of July dedicated to the youths of Singapore. The festival is a manifestation of the spirit and energy of our youths, showcasing their talents and passions through many booths and stages.

This year, during the 11th SHINE Festival held in Singapore, Jay Park landed onto the stage at ION Orchard on 2nd July and left a memorable mark with an amazing performance.

Jay Park first warmed the crowd up with his past hit songs such as his own rendition of “Beautiful Girls“, followed by “JOAH” and “Solo“, displaying his powerful and charming vocals.

The atmosphere was further hyped with a volley of rap songs such as “Na Na“, “On It” and “Worldwide“. Jay Park definitely lives up to his name as a multi-talented artist as he sang beautifully, rapped with swag and danced like a machine!

Ugly Duck, who is part of the AOMG crew, also went up on stage to rap with him, showing just how much talent AOMG possesses.

Things got even more heated up as Jay Park stripped off his top to perform the songs “MOMMAE” and “Bo$$“!

Also, one of our very own local talents, Shigga Shay, collaborated with Jay Park for the song “You Know“, where their striking chemistry was apparent.

Towards the end of his performance, both Jay Park and Ugly Duck went back on stage for an encore with “All I Wanna Do“, not to mention that they also performed a new song that hasn’t been officially released!

It was really apt to have Jay Park perform at SHINE Festival as he really brought up the atmosphere and called out for the energy of the youth. We guess everyone in the house love him for who he is, as he’s truly an inspiration to all due to his passion and hard work!
