Back in Singapore after a year, Hwang Chi Yeul held his ‘Starry Night’ concert on 18 August at The Max Pavilion and thrilled over thousands of fans with his classic and hit songs, both in Mandarin and Korean.
Greeting and conversing with his fans in near-fluent Mandarin, the Hallyu pop star expressed his excitement on returning to Singapore for a larger-scaled concert and delighted fans with performances such as ”勇敢列车“, “A Daily Song“, “Look At You“, “The Only Star“, and more. At one point, he also came down from the stage to dance with Peter Lee, the composer of the Mandarin track.
Known for his strong vocal skills, Hwang Chi Yeul also captivated the audience with his mesmerising voice as he sang his heart out to popular OST tracks such as “You Are My Everything” (Descendants of the Sun) and “Because I Miss You” (Moonlight Drawn by Clouds).
Much to the surprise of fans, the singer also went off stage during a couple of performances to get closer to the audience. Check out more photos from his concert that evening!
