All About Upcoming K-pop Music Awards in February 2023

Watching your favourite K-pop stars performing live in Korea has always been on the bucket list for any K-pop fan. If you love K-pop and will be traveling to Korea in February, here’s how you can attend some of the biggest K-pop music award shows in person!

1. HMA Hanteo Music Awards (Feb 10~11)

For the very first time, Hanteo Chart will be hosting its very first offline awards ceremony, Hanteo Music Awards, in celebration of its 30th anniversary. K-pop fans would definitely be familiar with Hanteo Chart, Korea’s leading music chart based on real-time sales. This awards ceremony will take place on February 10th and 11th at Jamsil Arena, celebrating the milestones of artists and the success of the K-pop industry. Standing area tickets are now available for booking where you can enjoy performances of various K-pop artists closer to the stage. Fans who book tickets via Trazy will also receive an entry ticket to N Seoul Tower, the symbol of Seoul offering a spectacular 360-degree view of the entire city.

2. Circle Chart Music Awards (Feb 18)

Circle Chart Music Awards, formerly known as Gaon Chart Music Awards, is one of the biggest K-pop awards in Korea. It is hosted by Circle Chart, a major records chart that ranks the most popular K-pop songs and albums of the year. This year’s ceremony will have NCT’s Doyoung and (G)I-DLE’s Miyeon working together as MCs, and K-pop fans can look forward to a stellar line-up of performing artists for the show.

Circle Chart Music Awards’ line-up has been partially revealed, featuring aespa, Kep1er, NMIXX, STAYC, YENA, Miyeon of (G)I-DLE, BE’O, ENHYPEN, DOYOUNG of NCT, BSS (SEVENTEEN), and TXT. Expect more to be announced soon! The awards show will be held at KSPO Dome on February 18th – you can now make a booking for ground area seating tickets (each ticket comes with a Seoul City Tour Bus ticket) while they last!
