Red Velvet to stage concert in Singapore this April at The Star Theatre

The South Korean girl group will be in town for their 4th concert, titled R to V.

South Korean girl group Red Velvet will be bringing their fourth concert, R to V, to Singapore next month, on 21 Apr (Fri). The concert will take place at The Star Theatre.

The quintet is slated to kick off the tour in Seoul this weekend, from 1 Apr (Sat) to 2 Apr (Sun). They will be coming to Singapore thereafter later in the month.

Singapore is the first overseas stop for the tour before they move on to Asian cities like Yokohama, Manila and Bangkok. In May, they will also be touring various parts of Europe, like Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam.

Red Velvet previously brought their second concert, titled Redmare, to The Star Theatre in 2018.

Then, vocalist Joy was met with an unfortunate incident onstage, where she injured her right elbow. She had to be brought to the hospital immediately.

Since then, the quintet dished out a number of hit tracks, like Queendom (2021) and Feel My Rhythm (2022).

Local promoter CK Star Entertainment just dropped deets on ticketing details in an Instagram post today (31 Mar).

Tickets to the quintet’s show start from $168 for seats with restricted view. Cat 1 tickets are sold at $288.

There are no pre-sales for this show. There was one general sale last Saturday (1 Apr) at 10AM. And fans quickly lapped them up.

There will be additional tickets released tomorrow (3 Apr) at 6PM. Tickets for seats on the third floor of the theatre (Circle 2) are slated to be released.
