If you’re into Korean hip-hop music, this one’s for you.

South Korean rapper Sik-K will play at Drip Singapore, the nation’s biggest underground club, next month. It will take place on 6 May (Sat).

It will be the first of an upcoming series of live performances organised by Drip Singapore itself.

Titled DRIP82, the club will fly in several South Korean artists to “elevate the club experience,” according to a press note.

Last year, South Korean duo Dynamic Duo happened to play at the same venue. And rappers JUSTHIS and Mirani are scheduled to play there next month as well.

Born Kwon Min-sik, Sik-K broke into South Korea’s mainstream hip-hop scene with his unique sing-song rapping style.

Like some South Korean rappers today, he participated in the fourth season of popular Korean rap competition reality series Show Me The Money (2015).

He later signed with entertainment label H1ghr Music, the brainchild of Jay Park and longtime collaborator Cha Cha Malone.

Under the label, he also teamed up with big names in the industry. This includes Dynamic Duo’s Gaeko, Simon Dominic, Zico and Mamamoo’s Wheein.

For Sik-K’s upcoming show, early bird tickets go at $68, advance ones at $88. Presale tickets cost $108 and if fans are planning to get them at the door or via walk-in, they will cost $128.

Each ticket comes with two drinks. And they can be bought here.

To score an event-exclusive Sik-K photocard at the door, fans can download the sneaker app SNKDRUNK. This is only for the first 300 fans.

Additionally, the first 20 fans to arrive will receive a signed version of the photo-card hand-signed by the artist himself.
