South Korean actor Song Joong-ki is the newest house ambassador for Louis Vuitton.
He will join BTS’s j-hope and NewJeans’s Hyein as ambassadors for the French luxury fashion house.
In a recent pictorial, the 37-year-old actor is seen donning a printed co-ord set adorned with the brand’s signature motifs. The ensemble is elevated with a long white overcoat, further accentuating his innate ability to effortlessly embrace a range of diverse and stylish appearances.
On the professional front, Song carved out a remarkable path for himself in the Korean entertainment industry. And he is easily one of the country’s top-ranking actors.
He captivated audiences, both locally and internationally with hit series like Descendants of the Sun (2016) where he played army Captain Yoo Si-jin. Song also starred in Vicenzo (2021) as the title character, an Italian lawyer and Mafia consigliere of Korean descent.
More recently, Song Joong-ki also made his debut at the Cannes Film Festival with Hopeless (2023). The 133-minute film noir revolves around dangerous people who make risky choices to escape from their hellish realities.
On the red carpet of the prestigious film festival, he was joined by co-stars Hong Sa-bin, Kim Hyung-seo (Bibi), and director Kim Chang-hoon.

Separately, Song also visited Singapore last December to promote his series Reborn Rich (2022). He told local fans then that if given a chance, he would not want to be reborn rich. Instead, “I want to be myself,” he said.
