So the news of a new single comes as a pleasant surprise.

The band’s latest album dropped last June. Titled Proof (2022), it was the band’s first anthology album featuring a selection of discography favourites hand-picked by band members. It also contains demo versions of their top hits DNA (2017), I Need U (2015) and Spring Day (2017).

Each year, the group will hold BTS Festa, the yearly celebration of their debut anniversary. This year is no different.

In fact, for this year’s edition of BTS Festa, celebrations will be on a larger scale. The band dropped a timeline of their two-week-long celebrations on their Twitter handle.

The band will also join hands with the government of Seoul to invite fans to the mega celebration, per The Korea Herald.

There will be a series of events and programs taking place both in the virtual sphere and in person around Seoul until mid-June.
