Kim Se-jeong to bring her first concert tour, The 門, to Singapore on 27 Oct

Kim Se-jeong is embarking on her first ever concert tour, starting from Seoul, to different cities in Asia and Australia.

Next on the extensive list of celebrities to hit our shores this year is South Korean singer-actress Kim Se-Jeong. She will be bringing her 1st Concert Tour, The 門, to Singapore on 27 Oct (Fri).

Kim was a member of the now-defunct girl group Gugudan. And previously a part of the female project group I.O.I.

So it goes without saying that she’s no stranger to the stage.

The songstress is not only delving into music-making, but she currently promotes as both a solo artist and actress.

She has been in many popular hit dramas such as Netflix’s Business Proposal (2022), and KBS drama, School 2017 (2017). She filmed the latter even when she was a member of K-pop girl group Gugudan.

The much-adored nine-piece girl band debuted in 2016 and released many hit bops like Wonderland (2016), A Girl Like Me (2017), and Not That Type (2018). They also played a live show here in Singapore back in 2017.

But their agency Jellyfish Entertainment announced their disbandment in December 2020.

Kim Se-jeong’s upcoming Singapore show

Kim Se-jeong will kick off her concert in Seoul before taking her first concert outside of South Korea.

She will be touring Hong Kong, Manila, Jakarta, Taipei, and Tokyo before stopping over in Singapore. Thereafter, she will continue her tour in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Melbourne.

Korean press outlets have also reported that Kim will be dropping a new album next month. This will be her first music release of two years since she dropped her second EP, I’m (2021).

Tickets to the show will go on sale starting 11 Sep (Mon), 10AM via Sistic. They are priced at S$148 (restricted view), S$188, S$228 and S$258 for VIP tickets.

All ticket holders are eligible to receive an official postcard and get access to a hi-bye session. Some VIP, Cat 1 and Cat 2 are also entitled to other various benefits, like taking a group photo with Kim or receiving a signed polaroid or signed poster. More details are in the below visual.
