South Korean singer-songwriter Shaun will be returning to Singapore next month.
His trip back to the city-state will see him play at Music Matters Live 2023 on 12 Sep (Tue). This comes after the 33-year-old soloist recently played at the Sundown Festival in mid-August.
Shaun, born Kim Yun-ho, will be playing on one night of the 6-day music event. Music Matters Live 2023 is slated to kick off on 8 Sep (Fri) and till 13 Sep (Wed).
The music event will bring in a total of 35 artists from 20 different countries. Performances will take place at two venues, either at Clarke Quay or *Scape.

For Shaun, he will be playing on 12 Sep (Tue) at The Ground Theatre in *Scape.
His set is part of the Warner Music Presents segment, where the region’s hottest Warner Music signings will play.
Shaun is currently signed under Warner Music Korea. He made his debut in 2010 as the keyboardist and backup singer of the indie rock band The Koxx.
But it was not until later that he shot to fame because of his hit track Way Back Home (2018). Since then, Shaun has been pushing out other music as well, like Bad Habits (2019) and Don’t Let Me Know (2022).
This year, he also collaborated with Thai actor Jeff Satur for a single he pushed out in February, titled Steal The Show (2023).
The upcoming Music Matters Live is part of a larger movement, All That Matters. All That Matters hopes to bring global music, sports, gaming, marketing, digital and Web3 industries together.
