To celebrate 15 years of IU’s debut, Shaw Theatres will be bringing the IU Concert: Golden Hour to local theatres this month.

The movie is a Shaw Theatres exclusive. And it will only screen over two days: 28 Sep (Thu) and 30 Sep (Sat).

If you’re one of IU’s fans, who could not catch her live performance, you can re-live those moments through this immersive experience.

Born Lee Ji-eun but professionally known as IU, the talented singer has released many hits throughout the course of her career.

Some of them like Good Day (2010), Blueming (2019), Celebrity (2021) and Through The Night (2017) are popular karaoke songs.

Apart from her established singing career, IU is also an actress who’s been in various drama productions. Her impressive delivery in K-dramas My Mister (2018) and Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo (2016), has won her praise. From both fans and general viewers alike.

Adding to her list of achievements and milestones is the fact that she is the first-ever female artist to hold her concert at the iconic Olympic Main Stadium. It is the largest stadium in South Korea.

IU’s upcoming concert film runs for 171 minutes and promises her legendary performances and a fully-charged live show.

It begins with an exciting acapella introduction and offers a setlist of well-loved songs from her extensive career.

The stage production is also on a grand scale, as it features a floating strawberry moon balloon, dazzling fireworks and a drone. Viewers can definitely expect to be enthralled and engrossed.
