BTS’ Jungkook brings in Jack Harlow for new musical release 3D, drops on 29 Sep

BTS' Jungkook will be dropping his new song, 3D, on 29 Sep at 1PM KST (12PM SGT), in collaboration with American singer Jack Harlow.

Following his explosive solo debut with Seven (2023), BTS’s Jungkook is back with yet another new release.

This time, he will be joining forces with American rapper and singer Jack Harlow for his second solo single, 3D.

The announcement came after his performance at the 2023 Global Citizen Festival in New York, where the BTS member was the lead performer.

A peculiar clip of what was supposedly the teaser for the song was flashed on screen after Jungkook performed. The sneak peek also came with snippets of two “hero films”.

Jungkook’s entertainment label Big Music did not let the message remain cryptic for too long. They confirmed speculations of 3D with an official statement shortly afterwards.

In their English statement, they wrote, “Jungkook’s second solo single, 3D (featuring Jack Harlow), is a pop R&B track with clever expressions of feelings toward an unattainable person from the perspectives of first, second, and third dimensions”.

Get ready to meet an even more mature side of Jungkook following Seven (featuring Latto),” it added.

He treated fans to a first look into the concept pictures for 3D. The new song is set to drop on 29 Sep, 1PM KST (12PM SGT).

In other BTS-related news, the next member to be called up for military enlistment was Suga. He was the third of the seven-membered phenomenal K-pop group to be conscripted last Friday (22 Sep). This follows after members Jin and J-hope, who are currently drafted.
