Everything to know about the NewJeans X McDonald’s collab dropping on 2 Nov

The NewJeans X McDonald’s collaboration is set to officially arrive tomorrow (2 Nov).

The collaboration will see the debut of the K-Sweet & Spicy Chicken McCrispy, which will feature an unforgettable combination of Korean sweet and spicy flavours.

The K-Sweet & Spicy Chicken McCrispy is sure to transport your taste buds to the vibrant streets of Seoul. With each bite you take, its flavour harmonises like a chart-topping K-Pop sensation.

The burger retails for S$7.05, a la carte.

Or you can pair it with other items, and make it a meal. Such items include limited-time only offerings like the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Frappé, from S$1.20. Or opt for the Crisscut® Fries, which in itself is a crowd favourite too, from S$1.00.

Munch into chunky wedges of soft, fluffy potato with a unique lattice cut that provides extra surface area for even more crispiness.

The K-Sweet & Spicy Chicken McCrispy Value Meal retails from S$9.25.

Other than the food items, fans can also look forward to new packaging. These items will come in NewJeans-themed packaging, decorated with 8-bit icons of drumsticks, french fries, and the band’s signature bunny.

Previously, BTS also collaborated with McDonald’s for the BTS meal back in 2021. Similarly, the meal saw food items placed in BTS-themed packaging.

Then, they offered the Sweet Chilli and Cajun dipping sauces inspired by popular recipes from McDonald’s South Korea to go with the 9-piece Chicken McNuggets.

In other NewJeans news, the girls previously lent their voices for a League of Legends Championships anthem, titled GODS.

Separately, NewJeans previously brought their pop-up store to Singapore’s Orchard Central. It offered a variety of merchandise themed after the girl group. This includes usable daily essentials like smartphone AirPods cases and baseball caps.
