Baekhyun of EXO announced his Asia tour today (21 Jan) on his new official X (previously Twitter) handle.

The Asia tour, titled Lonsdaleite, kicks off in Seoul, at KSPO Dome on 16 and 17 Mar. Following that, Baekhyun will visit 12 other cities. And Singapore is on the list of stops.

Singapore will mark the third stop of his tour, after the Seoul and Tokyo shows. The 31-year-old singer will be performing at Resorts World Ballroom on 28 Mar. The tour will end in Bangkok, on 15 and 16 Jun at the Impact Exhibition Hall.

This announcement came after Baekhyun established his entertainment agency I&B100 at the start of 2024. The company is a collaboration with bandmates Chen and Xiumin. The trio’s future solo activities, along with their unit activities, will be done under I&B100. On the other hand, EXO’s group activities remain under SM Entertainment.

It seems to be a step in the right direction, as they would be able to expand their musical diversity and produce the music that they aspire to.

Additionally, “this initiative stems from the members’ desire to creatively and sincerely connect with fans,” I&B 100 said in a statement. This not only shows the members’ dedication to exploring their newly-founded creative freedom but also the commitment they have to their fans.

The Singapore leg of his Asia tour will be promoted by Unusual Entertainment. As of the time of writing, specific details on ticketing have yet to be announced.
