The last artist to join WATERBOMB Singapore’s star-studded lineup is Jay Park. He will perform on the first day of the event, on 24 Aug (Sat).

This is his first performance in Singapore in three years. He last stopped by Singapore in 2019 for this SEXY 4EVA World Tour. And Singapore was his first stop outside of Seoul.

During the show, he covered many of his viral hits, such as Drive (2016), All I Wanna Do (2016), and MOMMAE (2015). He also expressed his attachment to Singapore, stating that the country is like his second home. Then, he also collaborated with local singer-songwriter Shigga Shay for a special stage.

As someone renowned for his swag and sexiness, it is no surprise that the South Korean-American rapper has consistently been a part of WATERBOMB since 2018.

He was also a part of the recent WATERBOMB Hong Kong this year, where he performed songs like Joah (2013), Yacht (2019), and GANDARA (2022). At the festival, Jay Park featured his take on the Smoke (2023) challenge as part of his set.

The 37-year-old singer released a song in collaboration with KISS OF LIFE’s Natty, titled Taxi Blurr (2024). This track was part of his newest single, Jay Park Season 2 (2024). Although reminiscent of his typical groovy and sensual music style, the song leans more into R&B.

Fans can possibly hear this number live since he also added this track to his setlist for WATERBOMB Hong Kong.

With this, the full lineup for WATERBOMB day 1, on 24 Aug, includes Rain, Jay Park, Jessi, Sandara Park, Kwon Eunbi, VIVIZ, Kid Milli, Alpyh, and lullaboy. Meanwhile, the artists performing on day 2, 25 Aug, are CL, Loco, BamBam, Chungha, BIBI, Team BEBE, Haven, and Sorn.

Tickets start from $198 for a one-day pass and $388 for a two-day pass. You can now purchase them on KKDay.
