The ramp-up in activities comes after Kai recently completed his military duties. According to The Korea Herald, the 31-year-old singer was officially discharged from the military last month, on 10 Feb.
He served as a social service agent from May 2023.

Due to his military conscription, Kai was unable to join EXO for group promotions when they dropped their seventh studio album Exist (2023). That was also the first album where the group promoted with seven members.
Prior to Kai’s first solo tour, other EXO members have visited Singapore for shows in an individual capacity.

For instance, D.O., or Doh Kyung-soo, serenaded his Singapore fans with soulful vocals at his fan concert last year. During his visit, the EXO member also tried some local delicacies like Kaya toast and cockles.

Will Kai be doing the same? We’d have to wait to find out.
But one thing we know for now: Kai is also gearing up to drop new music, likely in support of the tour. Currently, show details and ticket prices have yet to be announced for Kai’s Singapore concert.
