Have you heard of the fire noodle challenge?
If you haven’t, it’s basically a viral social media trend where people film their reactions to eating these extra spicy Korean instant noodles.
The brand behind these “fire noodles”, Samyang Buldak, is about to bring a special mouthwatering menu in collaboration with KFC.
This special collaboration features 4 new items, with the Samyang Buldak Double Down being the main star.
This new Double Down is different from its predecessors. It features spicy Samyang Buldak noodles sandwiched between 2 pieces of hot & crispy Zinger fillets, together with cheese and mayonnaise to temper the flames.
Accompanying the Double Down, KFC will launch the Samyang Buldak Chicken, Samyang Buldak Loaded Fries and Kimchi Slaw for the ultimate K-food experience.

The Kimchi Slaw is yet another groundbreaking addition to the menu. It is the first time in history that KFC has innovated its coleslaw mainstay, since its founding over 7 decades ago.

This bold and tangy twist to the familiar creamy coleslaw will get your taste buds singing (or screaming for help).
Last but not least, the Samyang Buldak Loaded Fries. The creamy mayonnaise and spicy sauce slathered all over your crispy fries elevates the simple snack into something more flavor-packed.
“This groundbreaking menu from KFC with Samyang Food is but one of the many inspiring collaborations to come from us as a global fried chicken superstar,” said Jaslyn Lam, Marketing Director at KFC Singapore.
“Just like these bold and fiery flavours, the fearless drive to go beyond borders and transform the face of fast food is what sets KFC apart from other brands. Fans can look forward to more stellar partnerships and imaginative campaigns from KFC,” Ms. Lam added.
