South Korean soloist Lee Young-ji completes line-up for Waterbomb Singapore 2025

Waterbomb Singapore 2025 has announced South Korean soloist Lee Young-ji as the latest artist to its line-up. She will take the stage on the second day of the festival, on 31 Aug (Sun).

The singer is the last artist to be announced to play at the festival this year. Other artists in the line-up include 2NE1, EXID, Taemin, Minho, Huta, JayB, Anson Lo, and more.

Lee is definitely not an unfamiliar face to Singapore. The singer was previously in town last year for her All Or Nothing tour, where she performed at the Capitol Theatre.

Known for her candour, Lee is honest with her fans. Her lyrics reflect her emotions and experiences she has been through, in a raw but effective way to connect with listeners. And that earned her some chart-topping tracks, like Small Girl (2024), a collaboration with EXO’s D.O.

The song highlighted her insecurities from her past relationship, where she believed she was ‘larger’ than her partner, a quality she viewed negatively.

Above all, Lee is a force to be reckoned with. Despite her young age, she has earned herself accolades.

Some include being the winner of High School Rapper 3 (2019) and Show Me The Money 11 (2022). She delivers her rap and flow with unmatched skill. But the best part? She is still able to connect to her audience, be it through teaching them fan chants to include them in her performance, or having comical banters to liven up the atmosphere.

She has also previously performed at Waterbomb Seoul just weeks ago, and fans can expect an exciting set at the upcoming Singapore festival.
